How to do it: Start with a clear basecoat and let it dry. Next, stick on paper hole reinforcements near the base of each nail, creating a half-moon shape. Apply your red polish it over the reinforcements. Give the polish a little time to set so it doesn’t peel off when you gently remove the reinforcements. Apply a clear topcoat to finish. Just look at those celestial beauties!
